Stessed out?

I had dinner with my friends at Lunkers last night and with our kids and their kids it reminded me about my bach rescue stress spray. I was telling melissa about it and thought I should post this for all parents that may need a all natural way to releive their stress.........

"Bach flower remedy is used alone or in conjunction with other remedies, and each flower is believed by advocates to impart specific qualities to the remedy. Bach flower remedies are also used on household pets and domestic animals, and have been said to be effective in calming them and improving problem behaviours. Some people say that they are also useful for the treatment of diseased plants. Remedies are usually taken orally."

Just 2 little squirts on your tongue and you're on your way to less stress. I always keep it in my purse. I use it a lot when I go to the grocery store with my kids. It really does seem to work.
The remedies are used primarily for emotional and spiritual conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, insomnia and stress. If you want to read more about it just Google Bach flower remedy. You can buy this at any health food store for under $10.

Here's to a life with less stress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Child's Ten Commandments To Parents

I know how busy we can get as parents so I wanted to post this to remind us all how precious Children are and how fast they grow up..............

ONE
My hands are small; please don't expect perfection whenever I make a bed, draw a picture or throw a ball. My legs are short; please slow down so that I can keep up with you.

TWO
My eyes have not seen the world as your have; please let me explore safely:don't restrict me unnecessisarily.
THREE
Housework will always be there. I'm only little for a short time-please take time to explain things to me about this wonderful world, and do so willingly.

FOUR
My feelings are tender;please be sensitive to my needs; don't nag me all day long.(You wouldn't want to be nagged for your inquisitiveness.)Traet me as you would want to be treated.

FIVE
I am a special gift from God;please treasure me as God intended you to do,holding me accountable for my actions, giving me giudelines to live by,and discipling me in a loving manner.

SIX
I need your encouragement but not your praise, to grow, please go easy on the criticism; remember, you can critize the things I do without critizing me.

SEVEN
Please give me the freedom to make decisions concerning myself. Permit me to fail,so that I can learn from my mistakes. Then someday I'll will be prepared to make the kind of decisions life requires of me.

EIGHT
Please don't do things over for me. Somehow that makes me feel that my efforts didn't quite measure up to your expectections. I know it's hard, but please don't try to compare me with my brother or sister.

NINE
Please don;t be afraid to leave for a weekend together. Kids need vacations from their parents, just as parents need vacations from their kids. Besides,it's a great way to show us kids that your marriage is very special.

TEN
Please take me to Sunday school and church regularily, setting a good example for me to follow. I enjoy learning more about God.

A new life

Meet my two angels, well most of the time! LOL! My daughter Kylee is very proud to now have a new little sister. Her sister Ali Alexis was born 10/17/07 6 lbs 19 inchs. Jeff, Kylee, and I are adjusting very well to the new addition to our family. We love her so very much! Now that winter is here and the days are shorter we enrolled Kylee in gymnastics to burn some energy and give Kylee something to do other than watching Dora all day long which by the way she probably could. Kylee loves gymnastics and is a natural. She has no fear! It's a blessing to have two beautiful healthy girls. I thank God everyday for them. Jeff and I are very proud! We look forward to enjoying Ali's 1st Christmas. Can't believe 2008 is approaching in less than a month. Well until next time!!!!!
